- Power & timing
- Grid connection is preferred. Hybrid and behind-the-meter proposals are considered with supporting economics and reliability information. Existing projects and a 1–2 year construction window are prioritized; later timelines may also be considered.
- Site profile
- Greenfield, powered land, brownfield and renewable-acreage conversion opportunities are welcome. Describe existing infrastructure and the usable area.
- Connectivity
- Describe fiber access, routes and providers where known. Include distance to a major metro if useful to understanding the site.
- Local context
- Describe approvals, zoning, local constraints and the surrounding community. Separate confirmed facts from assumptions.
- Energy flexibility
- Explain any proposed hybrid or behind-the-meter configuration, including supporting power economics, reliability and evidence.
- Transaction structure
- Land purchase and JV/SPV opportunities are welcome. Share indicative terms and explain your authority or relationship to the site.
